Windsor Pipes

Postby Marksy » Wed Mar 10, 2010 6:07 pm

Hi there,

i was just inquiring about running "zommies" at windsor i know the rules states no zoomies, but we have a set of Zommies with a muffler built into them.
It also says that you can run extractos or mufflers, so would the zoomie with the muffler be allowed to run?

Thanks

I think you will find that at UHPBC you MUST run water through the exhaust. Matt 666

It says you can run mufflers or water... dont think they say anything about zoomies being different to any other exhaust systems in regards to this rule but i could be wrong... i do know that you do have a choice thou with 8into1 / 4into1 exhausts as of the 2009 Spectacular in September.

I'm 99.99% sure the club has had a rule NO ZOOMIES for quite some time now, this has been a sore point with many over the years but the club have NOT budged.
You could always ring the commodore Geoff Bollins to make sure tho, explain your situation and that way it will clear the air straight away. Better to be safe than sorry ;)

I was always under the impression that it was no zoomies and you had to run full pipes with water, been like that for years.
I was depressed last night, so I rang lifeline. Got a call center in Afghanistan and told them I was suicidal.

They got all excited and asked if I could drive a truck.

Must of been an exception to the rule for the world cup!
I even thought that i read leading up to the event that NO ZOOMIES was in force.
Its easier to get forgiveness than permission.
SO JUST GET IT.
